Many outlets, one brand

A hotel is not one menu, it is seven

Room service, all-day dining, the lounge, the pool, the bar, breakfast and banquets each need their own list — and all of them need to look like the same hotel. These templates are built as a family, not as one-offs.

  • One design, applied across every outlet in the property
  • Room-service hours, delivery times and service charges stated cleanly
  • Breakfast, all-day and late-night sections that switch by clock
  • Second-language versions off the same item list
  • Folder-ready print sizes for in-room and table use

What you can change

Yours after about four clicks

A template is a starting point, not a cage.

🏨

Outlet sets

One design applied across in-room, lounge, pool, bar and banquet menus in one go.

🕑

Service hours

Delivery windows, kitchen hours and late-night lists that switch automatically.

🌐

Second language

A translated version off the same item list, so prices never drift apart.

💰

Taxes & charges

Service charge and tax lines stated where guests expect them, not buried.

📂

Folder sizes

Print sizes that fit a leather in-room folder as well as A4 and A5.

🍽

Banquet sheets

Fixed-price banquet menus with per-head pricing, from the same item library.

Using a template

Template to live menu in four steps

1

Pick a house style

Choose one template for the property. Every outlet will be a variant of it.

2

Split by outlet

Room service, lounge, pool and banquet each get their own list from the same item library.

3

Set the hours

Breakfast, all-day and late-night windows switch the menu without anyone touching it.

4

Publish per room and print

One QR code per room and a folder-ready PDF for the in-room copy.

Choosing well

How to pick a hotel menu template

Choose for the quietest outlet, not the grandest

The specialty restaurant will always get bespoke design attention. The menu that has to work hardest is in-room dining at two in the morning, read on a phone by a tired guest. Pick the template that survives that, then dress it up for the restaurant.

State the charges where guests expect them

Nothing damages a hotel score faster than a service charge a guest discovers on the bill. Delivery time, service charge and applicable taxes belong at the top of the room-service menu, in plain type.

Plan the language question early

  • Decide whether you need a second language before you choose a layout
  • Some scripts need thirty percent more line height
  • Run both versions off one item list so prices can never disagree

Keep every outlet visibly related

Guests move between the lounge and the restaurant in one stay. When the two menus share a type scale and colour, the property feels considered. When they do not, it feels like a food court.

Then measure in-room separately

In-room dining behaves nothing like the restaurant. Track it on its own in analytics and you will usually find three dishes carrying the whole night.

FAQ

Questions we get asked most

Can one hotel run several menus from the same design?

Yes. Room service, lounge, pool, bar and banquet each get their own list, all sharing one template and one item library.

Can I show a different menu late at night?

Yes. Put hours on any section and the late-night list takes over automatically at the hour you set.

Can I publish the menu in a second language?

Yes, off the same item list, so prices and availability never drift between versions.

Does it print for an in-room leather folder?

Yes. Folder-friendly sizes export alongside A4 and A5 at print resolution.

Can I show service charge and delivery time?

Yes, as header lines on the menu, which is where guests look for them.

Are the hotel templates free?

Yes, on every plan including the free one. Paid plans add print-ready export and custom fonts.
