Cocktails need a story, spirits need a grid, and both need to be legible at eleven at night on a dim table. These templates are drawn for the room your bar actually is.
Pick the one closest to your room. Everything about it can change afterwards.

A cocktail earns three lines of copy. A spirits shelf earns a tight three-column grid with 30 ml and 60 ml pours. Most templates give you one layout and make you fight it — these carry both, in the same design.
A template is a starting point, not a cage.
30 ml, 60 ml and bottle prices on one spirits row instead of three separate lines.
A section that appears at five and disappears at eight, with its own pricing.
Strength, vintage and region as small type that does not crowd the drink name.
Two lines of copy under a signature cocktail, and none under a classic.
The same design as a dark-paper A5 for the table and a light PDF for the printer.
Kill a cocktail the moment the last bottle goes and put it back tomorrow.
Speakeasy, rooftop, wine cellar or neighbourhood pub — pick the one your room already is.
Signatures get build notes; the back bar gets a grid. Both live in the same template.
Add pour sizes and a happy hour window once, and every affected line updates.
The QR menu goes live and the A5 table card exports in the same click.
Bar menus are the one category where design fails for physical reasons. Open the template on a phone at the darkest table in your room at the hour you are busiest. If the price is hard to find, no amount of good typography elsewhere matters.
Guests read three lines about a drink you invented. They do not read three lines about Tanqueray. Give your signatures a card layout with build notes and put the shelf into a dense grid — the contrast is what makes the signatures feel special.
A seasonal cocktail programme means the menu changes more often than the kitchen’s. Choose a template with clean section headers and no decorative furniture keyed to a specific number of drinks, or every rotation becomes a redesign.
Once it is live, analytics will tell you which signature nobody opens. That is a better reason to cut a drink than a hunch at the end of a shift.
Yes. Pour sizes attach to the spirit as priced options, so each spirit stays one row no matter how many pours you sell.
Yes. Set a time window on the section and it appears and disappears at the hours you choose, with its own prices.
The dark templates are drawn at larger type sizes and higher contrast than the daytime designs, for exactly this reason. Check yours at your darkest table before you publish.
Yes, as optional small type on each line. Turn it on for wine and whisky and off for cocktails.
Mark it 86’d from your phone in two taps. It greys out for guests instantly and comes back when you restock.
Yes. Every template is on every plan, including the free one. Paid plans add print-ready export and custom fonts.
