We build tools for restaurants, not for tech demos

Why we started

Our founder watched a café owner throw away a stack of freshly printed menus because the price of coffee had moved by ten rupees. The QR menu tools available at the time solved half of the problem: they put the menu on a phone, but they had nothing to say about the printed menu still sitting in a leather folder on every table.

MenuFly was built to handle both. One item list, one place to change a price, and two outputs — a fast digital menu and a print-ready PDF that a commercial printer accepts without complaint.

What we believe

• Print is not dead. A good physical menu is part of the experience, especially in hotels and fine dining.
• Analytics should lead to an action. A number you cannot act on is decoration.
• Setup should take minutes. Restaurant owners do not have an afternoon to spend on software.

Where we are

We are a small team in Pune, India, working with cafés, restaurants and hotel dining rooms across the country. Support is handled by the same people who build the product.
